Each suite comes fully equipped as standard, with a hot & cold sink, wall hung cabinetry, dimmable lighting, soundproofing, and communal comfort cooling. (Beauty beds are to be provided by practitioners.)

    Suitable for 1 practitioner and up to 2 clients, it allows for a consultation desk with seating and space for up to three machines.
    Ideal for aesthetic doctors, facial specialists, or those offering advanced device-based procedures.

  • A premium, larger-format suite designed for dual practitioners or advanced treatment setups.
    This room allows for a dedicated consultation area, multiple work zones, and multi-device configurations, while maintaining a calm, elegant flow.

FAQ’S

  • Yes — those on the waiting list will receive floor plans and visuals to select their preferred room.
    A 1-month security deposit will be required to secure it.

  • All bills are included — business rates, Wi-Fi, electricity, utilities, cleaning, and a weekday receptionist service.

  • No — our prices are fixed and competitively set to reflect our location, services, and luxury standard.

  • A 1-month security deposit and 1-month upfront rent are required.
    We’ll also request business insurance and relevant treatment certificates.

  • We only lease to established businesses with a verified client base and trading history. This helps maintain a professional, secure environment and ensures long-term stability for all practitioners operating within The Medi Suites.

  • Rooms include built-in cabinetry, a hot & cold sink, dimmable lighting, and soundproofing.
    Beauty beds or furniture are not provided, but a fully furnished option can be arranged at a different rate.

  • Yes — minor modifications are welcome but must be approved in advance.
    All drilling or installation must be carried out by The Medi Suites’ handyman (fee applies), and rooms must be restored upon exit.

  • Our premises are CQC compliant but not registered as we are a space provider only.
    Tenants performing CQC-regulated treatments can register their own business — we’ll assist with documentation.

  • As a space provider, we can’t apply for the licence.
    Each practitioner must apply for their own Special Treatment Licence through Westminster Council.

  • A 12-month minimum term applies to all long-term rentals.

  • Yes — we offer renewable tenancies of up to 10 years, providing stability and long-term security for your business.

  • Our CGIs reflect the final design specifications.
    Minor changes may occur during construction, but the overall design will remain consistent.

  • We don’t offer hourly rentals.
    Daily rentals are available at £200/day, from 9AM to 9PM.
